Program Update
When Colorado Collective was founded in 2021 it was done so with the long-term vision of becoming just that, a Collective. We envisioned a network of programs working together to provide the best possible opportunities for student-athletes and to advance Colorado basketball.
Today we are thrilled to announce that Colorado Collective is joining forces with Hard2Guard Colorado and Rocky Mountain Fever to create an even stronger, united basketball community. Each of these prominent Colorado programs brings unique strengths, passionate communities, and a shared vision of excellence. All three programs have competed at a high level on the nationally recognized Puma NXTPRO Circuit providing opportunities for athletes to showcase themselves and earn opportunities to play at the next level. We believe by working together we can strengthen connections across the frontier region, increase competitive exposure, and provide the best possible pathways for players to advance their basketball careers.
Moving forward Colorado Collective will be a collaborative organization and will operate three teams at the high school level, one per age group: 15u, 16u, and 17u. These teams will continue to compete as members of the Puma Circuit.
All other Collective teams at the middle school and high school levels will operate as ‘Mile High Collective’. MHC will continue under the existing direction and leadership and will also compete as members of the Puma circuit. Both Colorado Collective and Mile High Collective will focus on development, competition, exposure, and support for student-athletes.
This collaboration marks a major milestone as we work together to build a robust basketball culture, foster talent, and expand opportunities for players, coaches, and families. It is our hope that this will also encourage more clubs to work together as we all strive to elevate basketball in Colorado!
