Coach Christopher Earls brings 37 years of coaching experience, beginning as a youth coach in Europe with the U.S. Air Force. He quickly advanced through the ranks, coaching youth, high school, and all-star teams, and has worked with some of Colorado’s top basketball programs. At Doherty High School, he led the Boys’ Sophomore and Freshman teams to an impressive 5-loss record in 3 years and contributed to an Elite 8 appearance in the Colorado State Playoffs. After successful stints as a Varsity assistant coach at some top CO Spring programs Coach Earls became the Head Girls Varsity Coach at Mitchell HS. As Head Coach, he transformed a struggling girls’ program into a competitive force, earning Metro League Coach of the Year honors.Coach Earls made the switch back to boys’ basketball when he became coach of the Colorado Springs School for 4 years.

After retiring from high school coaching in 2017, Coach Earls focused on developing young players in the Highlands Ranch and Denver areas, where his training has helped athletes progress from recreational leagues to JUCO and Division 1 college basketball. Coach Earls is known for his ability to teach, motivate, and inspire young players, helping them build both basketball skills and strong character. His commitment is to shape athletes who contribute to their teams and communities.
