Head Coach - 17U

Coach Fairchild began his coaching career at an early age, volunteering his time as an assistant coach at Shawnee High School and working as the 7th grade head coach for Shawnee Middle School while enrolled at Oklahoma Baptist University. Coach Fairchild worked for Shawnee High School and Shawnee Middle School for all five years of his college career. Upon graduation from OBU, Coach Fairchild returned to Colorado and coached at Arapahoe High School for four seasons. After Arapahoe, Coach Fairchild accepted a teaching position at Castle View High School where he served as the Head JV Coach for two seasons and Head Varsity Assistant Coach for one season. After the 2020 season, Patrick accepted the Head Varsity Coach position at Conifer High School. Since the end of the 2020 season, Coach Fairchild has worked at Ponderosa High School as the Head JV Coach. Coach Fairchild has also coached club basketball for the last 7 years.
