Head Coach 15U| Scout Specialist

Coach Garland is in his 4th season with Collective. Coach Garland spent two seasons serving as assistant coach for the 2024 team before Head Coaching at the 15U level last spring/summer. In 2023 he helped the 17U-Murphy team finish #8 on the nationwide NXTPRO Circuit, the only Colorado program to qualify for the Pro16 finals.

Coach Garland has a passion for growing Colorado high school basketball and helping players reach the next level. Coach Garland previously served as a regional scout for Prep Hoops and now runs Colorado Hoops a high school basketball coverage website. Coach Garland helps bring quality coverage and video highlights to Collective players helping them maximize their exposure to college scouts. He is excited to keep helping grow Colorado high school basketball.
